Three weeks into NON-STOP training and I am finally feeling really amazing. Today was an upper body workout using weights and at first I had grabbed my usual 5lb weights. Then I thought to myself, SELF, you should try and increase your weights to 8lbs, so I did. I wasn’t too sure of my decision to increase weight until my trainer came up to me as said, “I can see your muscles working, good for you.” It was very motivational to know that I am able to challenge myself and succeed. After all, if I continue to do the same thing I have always done I will end up with the same results and never see a change. I am feeling so amazing and pumped up that I would love to go back to the gym for another round, and let me tell you if I had a babysitter I so would.
