My husband looked at this & was’t very excited about eating it. However, once he tried it he was hooked, and now he ask for this at least once a week. So delicious and quick to make.
Chicken Avocado Salad
1 12.5 oz canned chicken or two boneless chicken cooked and shredded
1 whole avocado
1 tablespoon mayo
3 steams of green onion, sliced or to your taste
1/4 of the cluster of cilantro
1 whole lime squeezed over chicken or juice to taste
1/8 teaspoon or to you taste salt/pepper to taste
*Mix all ingredients into a bowl and serve with chips or make a sandwich.
EAT CLEAN TRAIN DIRTY!
