New Year New Goals

Since I hit my original goal last year, i am ready to take on a whole new challenge. This one is going to be hard!!! You see weight loss was my mission & seeing that scale go down was encouraging.

However, I really want to build more muscle & than lean out for a more of a stronger looking body. But in order for me to gain muscle size I will need to eat more & do less cardio. This is going to challenge me because the scale will go up, my abs will disappear & I still have my fat girl mentality. My fat girl mentally has me Freaken out when I see the scale going up.

Here is my current body & my goal body. My goal is to obtain & maintain Larger shoulders & legs, along with more definition throughout my entire body. Its going to take time, maybe years but I am excited to start working toward this goal.
